Who is PRO Management?

Since the inception of P.R.O. Management in 2007, it’s portfolio of satisfied clients has grown – ranging from premier holiday parks in southern Queensland to remote campgrounds of Cape York Peninsula, as well as interstate to N.S.W., W.A. and the Northern Territory.

After completing a trade qualification as an electrician in the United Kingdom, Principal Darren Beck was first introduced to the caravan park industry of Australia with a job as assistant manager at a popular caravan park in North Queensland.

Darren quickly progressed to managing resorts and strata titled apartment buildings before taking over the management of a leading Queensland caravan park in southern Queensland.

After a hugely successful move to holiday park ownership as a partner and Operator/Manager of a large holiday park in Central N.S.W, Darren realised the difficulty in recruiting and retaining staff for the effective management of day to day business operations. This is where the concept of Parks and Resorts Operational (P.R.O.) Management began. Operational excellence and superior service delivery are key components in the foundation of P.R.O. Management. Our aim is to provide professional management services resulting in increased efficiency, market presence and guest satisfaction.
