STAFF TRAINING
P.R.O. Management is now the leading authorized delivery agent for Holiday Park and Caravan Park staff training. Nationally recognized courses are on offer to existing caravan park staff and potential holiday park staff.


TRAINING COURSES
Courses currently on offer by P.R.O. Management in association with Sunshine Coast Institute of TAFE are:

Cert III in Holiday Parks and Resorts

Cert IV in  Holiday Parks and Resorts and  

Diploma of Holiday Parks and Resorts

TRAINERS
Industry based and experienced holiday and caravan park staff will be the dedicated trainers for these courses. All staff have undergone years of practical experience within a Holiday and Caravan Park environment, covering all facets of front and back office, sales and marketing, I.T., maintenance and grounds operations as well as experience in park sales, staff recruitment and overall business management. All trainers are fully qualified with Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment completed.

DELIVERY
A combined delivery mode will be undertaken. On site visits will be conducted and are mandatory for the trainers to evaluate and assess staff in their caravan park work environment. This will also minimize off the job time for trainees. An online component is also being introduced so constant learning and appraisal can be undertaken.

OUTCOMES
All trainees who successfully complete these courses will receive a nationally recognized certificate proving their knowledge, commitment and achievements to the Holiday Park Industry. It is becoming evident that even experienced caravan park staff will receive positive outcomes from these training courses and will expand on existing knowledge and insight into the industry.

We aim to produce a learning culture within the industry to better equip existing staff and help train and encourage new staff into the industry.
